It’s that time of year again. It’s time to bundle up and watch the 2009 Lighted Boat Parade along the shores of the Columbia River this Friday and Saturday night from 6:00-9:00 pm.  The parade begins at Clover Island in Kennewick and then proceeds to Howard Amon Park in Richland, arriving around 7:10 p.m., then returns back to Clover Island. This event is free, so bring the family out and enjoy.
