Here is the Kenmore Team month end real estate market update for the month of November.

November 2009
Active Listings = 966*
Listings Sold = 309
Average Sold Price = $185,500
Listings Under Contract = 256*
Average Days on the Market = 110

*As of May 2009 the way the Association calculates this number changed, so we have no accurate historical data to compare to.

As compared to last month, our active listing inventory decreased from 1008 to 966. Our listings sold went from 379 homes sold in October to 309 sold in November. Our listings under contract went from 362 to 256. Average days on the market went up slightly from 101 to 110.

Here is what is selling by price breakdown…

$0,000 – $149,999 = 41%
$150,000 – $199,999 = 30%
$200,000-$249,999 = 10%
$250,000-$299,999 = 9%
$300,000-$349,999 = 6%
$350,000-$399,999 = 2%
$400,000+ =2%
