My brother and I bought a home and piece of property from bank foreclosure. We spent a year fixing it up and offered the original agent the opportunity to sell it. The agent found it hard coming up with a price and gave us a range we felt was too low. We then hired the Kenmore Team, had two competing offers within two weeks, and sold the property for $30,000 above the other agents range. Great service. Electronic documents made the entire transaction quick and efficient.
