In an effort to assist residents in conserving energy, the City of Richland is offering a complimentary service by replacing existing incandescent bulbs with energy efficient CFL bulbs. By replacing a 60-watt incandescent bulb with a 13-watt CFL bulb you can save about $30 over the life of the bulb in energy costs!
